How do we authenticate? Can we whitelist our IPs so we don’t have to use a username and a password?

As much as we’d love to provide you access through IPs, unfortunately, as of the meantime, we are only using the username-password authentication.

If your current in-house software does not work with user-pass authentication yet, you need not to worry as we can send to you our head developer and assist you on how you integrate this type of proxy authentication.
